Yuwei is a dedicated social worker with over six years of experience and a Master of Social Work from the University of Melbourne. Yuwei brings both expertise and passion to the role, making a significant impact on the lives of many.

As a university lecturer, a Family Violence Crisis Intervention Specialist, and an NDIS Specialist Consultant, Yuwei has a wealth of experience navigating Australia’s diverse welfare systems.  

Certified as a Supervisor by the Australian Association of Social Workers, Yuwei is committed to empowering clients and improving their quality of life. With a compassionate approach and a holistic perspective, Yuwei is here to provide the support you need to achieve your goals.

Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Tori is a dedicated Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with a Bachelor of Psychology. She is currently pursuing further education in Occupational Therapy, enhancing her expertise and commitment to client care. Tori began her career as a support worker and has extensive experience working with individuals with physical disabilities.

Known for her patience and compassion, Tori is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Her background in psychology and ongoing studies in occupational therapy equip her with a unique skill set to provide holistic support tailored to each individual's needs.

Anna is now completing her second placement with Capacity Linx, where she applies her academic knowledge to real-world settings. Passionate about mental health and well-being, she has been gaining valuable experience in case management, psychosocial support, and providing client-centered care. Through her journey, Anna is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those she works with.

Tomorrow is our beloved  cat and the top cat therapy provider at Capacity Linx. Known for her sweet and lovely nature, she brings endless joy and support to our team.
